Air Passenger Rights Lawyer (EU261)

Copenhagen — HeadquartersFull-time · Hybrid

Own a portfolio of EU261/UK261 compensation claims from legal assessment to settlement with airlines and, when needed, national enforcement bodies.

What you'll do
  • •Assess eligibility of delay, cancellation and denied-boarding claims
  • •Draft demand letters, settlement agreements and regulator complaints
  • •Negotiate directly with airline legal departments
  • •Escalate strong cases to litigation counsel
What we're looking for
  • •Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent); bar admission in an EU/EEA state is a plus
  • •2+ years in consumer, aviation or transport law
  • •Fluent English + one of Danish, German, Polish or Hebrew
  • •Comfortable working in a case-management system

Litigation Counsel — Aviation Disputes

Copenhagen — HeadquartersFull-time · On-site

Run court proceedings against carriers in Denmark and coordinate local counsel across the EU when airlines refuse to settle.

What you'll do
  • •Prepare statements of claim and full evidence bundles
  • •Represent Flayder clients in small-claims and district courts
  • •Instruct and supervise local counsel in other jurisdictions
  • •Build precedent arguments used across the whole claim book
What we're looking for
  • •Qualified lawyer with courtroom experience (min. 3 years)
  • •Strong written advocacy in English and Danish or German
  • •Experience with Regulation (EC) 261/2004 case law

What you'll do
  • •Maintain records of processing, DPIAs and retention rules
  • •Review marketing, terms and power-of-attorney wording

What we're looking for

  • •Negotiate bulk and individual settlements with airlines

What we're looking for
