The rules we apply when assessing a claim, the compensation you may be owed, and what we charge if we win.

Charged only on compensation actually recovered through a standard claim against the airline. No recovery, no fee.
Applies only where the airline refuses and the file moves to formal legal proceedings, with your written approval first.

A claim is normally valid when all of the following apply:
Departures from Israel are assessed under the Israeli Aviation Services Law, which uses a longer threshold of 8 hours and its own fixed compensation amounts in shekels. We apply whichever regime gives you the stronger claim.
We will tell you immediately, at no cost, if your flight does not qualify — for example:
To act for you we need a signed power of attorney, valid photo identification, your boarding pass or booking confirmation, and proof of the account receiving the payment. Documents are stored encrypted and shared only with the airline, authorities or courts handling your case.
Compensation is collected by us from the airline, the agreed fee is deducted, and the net amount is transferred to you. You receive an itemised settlement statement showing gross amount, fee and any deductions before payment is released.
You may withdraw your claim at any time before the airline pays, at no charge. If you settle directly with the airline after instructing us, the agreed fee remains payable on the amount received.
We process personal data under the GDPR as data controller. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@flayder.com.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are heard by the courts of Copenhagen, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
